Once your players have been assigned and your teams have been created, generating rosters and sending them out to everyone only takes a few seconds. Simply select the player, team, sport or league that you want and Rosterville takes care of everything else.

As well as sending out relevant team information, you can include upcoming events, standard telephone numbers, announcements and other information on your rosters. The level that you place the information is also customizable, allowing you to send out all your rosters at one time, but ensure that each sport or team has a message custom and relevant to them.

Finally, we allow you to generate rostering documents that are useful beyond just distribution to your teams. For example, alphabetical rosters for the first day of games and rosters that only show the players that don't have email addresses...quickly allowing you to determine and print out rosters that need to be send using standard mail.
